Location great, Cleanliness great,staff helpful and friendly. No noise dispite the apartments being full that weekend

Kitchen facilities not great. Second bedroom could do with a mirror.

i stayed in the light for new years for 2 days. it was the beest stay i ever had! i would highly recomend everyone to stay there. i have stayed in many hotels around manchester but upto now non have beat the light. i had a 2 double bedroom apartment that had a stunning view over manchester city center, you also got a handy basket in the fridge with handy needs i would highly recomend this apartment to any one! FANTASTIC

I liked 99.9% of everything about The Light. The service was excellent, the staff were so polite, helpful & friendly. The apartment was amazing so when we asked if we could take a look at the Penthouse Suite you can imagine..... I can't find words to describe it.We will definately be booking that.The welcome pack was great(it was that good we thought it had to be extra) but it wasn't. From start to finish we had a time. And Take That.. You were the best !!

If I had to say something, i would prefer the check in time to be earlier.

How can i start to describe the Light... from the second we arrived we knew we had found something very special.. the decor and welcoming friendly staff let you know straight away that excellent customer service is their main objective. The apartments were exceptional and the complimentary food hamper in the fridge was just one of many attentions to detail. I would highly recommend The Light apartment to make your stay in Manchester one to remember but after havin a tour of the Penthouse suite i have to say that is the way forward. The pictures on the website do not do this amazing apartment any justice as it's breath taking. Were already planning our return and when it comes to first class The Light is most definately SWITCHED ON !!!
